The Key of Solomon the King, Mathers (1889), Figure 18. Public domain.
What is written on it
The mystical characters of Jupiter on an eight-rayed wheel, ringed by the angels Netoniel, Devachiah, Tzedeqiah and Parasiel.
How it is made
- Engrave it in tin on a Thursday, in an hour of Jupiter. Made in the planet's metal, it needs no particular colour.
- Or draw it on virgin paper or parchment, exorcised first, in celestial blue, the colour of Jupiter.
- The material must be new and never used for anything else. Metal is first purified by fire.
- The size is up to you, as long as it is made by the rules. Burn the incense while you work, and be pure in body and mind.
